Unacceptable behaviour policy
The TTB community is made up of excellent people that we love to bits. But sadly, once in a blue moon, we encounter some not so nice people who behave in an offensive or aggressive manner. We cannot accept or tolerate any unacceptable behaviour directed towards any person working with Trick Trick Boom Ltd, or other customers, specifically any that contains:
- Offensive language
- Aggressive or threatening behaviour
- Racist, sexist, homophobic or transphobic language
- Any form of discrimination
This includes both verbal and written communications, so over email, instant messages, text messages or in person.
If any behaviour is deemed to be unacceptable or a member of our team or our TTB community is made to feel uncomfortable, threatened or discriminated against, the following actions will be taken:
- We will call out the unacceptable behaviour and give the person the opportunity to address it.
- If it continues we may decide we are no longer prepared to deal with the person, and may cancel any pending order and refund the money.
- We may refuse any further dealings with the person.
- If the behaviour is on our social media, we will block the person from participating in the group and delete their comments. There is no right of appeal - as administrators of TTB’s social media we have a duty to protect the rest of the TTB community.
We do not tolerate threatening behaviour towards those who work with us, or our customers. Content that is defamatory, or that we believe to be abusive or unsuitable may be escalated for further action.
