Shipping and customs
Items that are in stock are usually despatched within 1-3 working days.
Items despatched from the UK are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (in the UK) and International Tracked (rest of the world excluding the US). In some cases we may need to use a courier such as Evri or DPD - you will not be charged extra for this.
Items despatched from the US are sent by UPS Ground Advantage.
If for any reason we have been unable to despatch your items within 30 days or to agree a mutually satisfactory forward delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order.
All items are subject to availability.
All products despatched from our UK warehouse to locations outside the UK (excluding the US) are sold on a delivery and duty unpaid basis.
You may be charged taxes, duties, customs fees or handling charges when your order arrives in your country. These charges are outside our control and depend on your country’s customs rules and import arrangements.
All customs charges, taxes, duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer/importer. We are not responsible for any charges applied by your country’s customs authority, postal service or courier.
If you do not wish to pay the customs charges, you may refuse delivery. If the order is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the items once we receive them back. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
Any return shipping costs, refusal fees or other charges incurred because of refused delivery may be deducted from your refund.
We are legally required to declare international orders accurately. Please do not ask us to lower the declared value, mark an order as a gift, or otherwise mis-declare your order. We are unable to do this.
