These terms apply to all retail sales made by Trick Trick Boom Ltd via the website (www.tricktrickboom.com).

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Trick Trick Boom Ltd. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged.

Accuracy of Content
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
Making a Purchase
We accept secure online payments via PayPal, Credit Card and Debit Card. We use an off site payment processing site that is safe and secure.
Postage/shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
UK orders may be subject to VAT.
Orders made by customers in the US are shipped from our US distributor. All other orders are shipped from our UK location.
Trick Trick Boom Ltd reserves the right to alter the prices on any item at any time without prior notice. This may be due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates or an increase in production costs. All pricing changes are made at the discretion of the company and once made, are final. Any queries in regards to pricing changes should be directed to tricktrickboommagic@gmail.com
Wherever possible we will combine orders if you make multiple separate orders at the same time. If this is done will will refund any additional postage back to you. If for any reason you do not wish to have you orders combined please let us know at the time of placing your order.
Cancellation Rights
You will receive an order acknowledgement and an update email when your order is processed and the goods have been shipped.
If you wish to cancel the order, please let us know by email (and in any case within 14 calendar days) to tricktrickboommagic@gmail.com, or use our online contact form at https://tricktrickboom.com/pages/contact.
Shipping and taxes
Items that are in stock are usually despatched within 1-3 working days.
Items despatched from the UK are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (in the UK) and International Tracked (rest of the world excluding the US).
Items despatched from the US are sent by UPS Ground Advantage.
If for any reason we have been unable to despatch your items within 30 days or to agree a mutually satisfactory forward delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order.
All items are subject to availability.
All products despatched from our UK warehouse to locations outside the UK (excluding the US) are sold on a delivery and duty unpaid basis.
You may be charged duty and taxes in your country. Trick Trick Boom Ltd are not responsible for any taxes, duties or charges which may be incurred upon your order’s arrival to your country.
Risk and Ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you.
Our liability
The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
- All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
- Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Exclusion of Liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.
