Changed your mind?

You can receive a full refund if you decide to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item(s). The product must be returned to us within 14 days of you notifying us of the return. You must pay shipping on returned items.

Unwanted items must be returned, intact, undamaged and complete with packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that have been damaged in transit, so please ensure you pack the product securely.

Faulty items

Faulty items will be exchanged for a working version of the same product.

If required we will reimburse the shipping charge on faulty items, as long as we have approved the cost of the shipping before you send it. Please note we will only cover standard shipping costs, so please do not send using a priority service.
