Purchasing a gift card

Trick Trick Boom gift cards are sold in UK currency (£) so if you are buying using another currency please check you are buying the value that you need. Although they are sold in £, they can be used by customers in any country. 

Spending a gift card

The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order, as long as there is still a balance on the gift card.

Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

Gift cards can be used together with discount codes.

Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.

In person purchases using a gift card

We will do all we can to make sure your gift card can be used at in person events such as conventions, but please be aware that as the gift card is digital it needs to be redeemed through our point of sale (POS) system. There may be times where the POS is not available at in person events due to tech issues or local requirements. 

Refunds

If you have purchased a gift card and change your mind, you have 14 days from the day after you or your recipient receives the gift card to request a refund, providing the gift card has not been used. 

If you used a gift card to pay in full for a purchase that is refunded, the refund will be applied to the gift card and its balance will be updated. We can only refund to the method of payment. 

If you used a gift card to pay for part of an order and used another method for the rest, refunds are applied to the gift card first (up to the value of the gift card that was used), and the remainder of the refund will go to the other method of payment.
